- Road test vehicle to duplicate and isolate area of noise. Raise on lift and check all front end suspension components. Locate loose/worn heatshield causing issue. Wrap and secure heatshield back to exhaust confirming repairs.
- Oil was five quarts low. Oil change was recently done at dealership and no leaks were present. Most likely oil was not filled after oil change.
