- Check oil level, raise on lift, and clean surface area free of residual oil and build up. Check valve covers, cooler lines, drain plug, and filter housing. Locate oil leak coming from the oil pressure switch and confirm no other leaks are currently present
- Remove plastic shield, disconnect connector, and remove old switch. Clean mounting hole and check internal threads for wear or damage. Install new oil pressure switch applying proper sealant. Top off engine oil and confirm repairs
